New Article!
I have published a new article on how to create a Poison and Antidote effect using the new Unreal Engine 5.3 modular Gameplay Effect Components.
If you are already familiar with GAS ( Gameplay Ability System ) you will see that the system is more or less the same, but now gameplay effects are more modular, allowing for more flexibility.
If you have never used GAS, you may learn how Gameplay Effects work by reading this new article.
In the future I may do another article tackling both the concepts of Gameplay Cues and how to create your own Gameplay Effect Components.
👀 Behind the Scenes 👀
I though it would be interesting to some to see the setup I use for some thumbnails, here is the Cat character posing in front of a “fake chroma key studio”.
In the future I may need to give him some more budget so he can get a better studio.

Second New Article!
What? A second article in the same week?
I don’t know how but I have managed to write two articles this week.
This one is about using motion warping to make your melee attacks track the target, if that interests you here it is:
This time it’s a short newsletter as preparing this article took some time.
As always if you have any doubt don't hesitate to contact me, see you in the future.
